Introducing FYI Collaborate – a better way to work with us

We’re pleased to let you know that from January 2026, HWB has upgraded how we share documents with clients. Our previous ODS client portal has now been replaced with FYI Collaborate—a modern, intuitive and secure platform designed to make working together easier than ever. If you still have documents stored on the ODS portal, please ensure you download anything you need by 31 March 2026, after which the portal will be closed.

Why we’re moving to FYI Collaborate

We’re always looking for ways to enhance your experience with us, and FYI Collaborate offers a number of advantages over the previous FTP-style system:

Work from anywhere

• A mobile‑friendly platform that lets you view and upload documents from any device

Clear visibility and compliance

• A full audit trail showing who viewed, uploaded or edited each file

Work together in real time

• The option for us to co‑edit certain documents with you, reducing back‑and‑forth emails and speeding up the review process
