Companies House fee change

Companies House have reviewed their fees and have published that from 1 February 2026 some of their fees will be changing.

The digital increases that we would like to bring to your attention are:

• Confirmation Statement (CS01) £50 from £34
• Voluntary strike off £13 from £8
